1. Prepare
Complete a short intake form and share any relevant materials. I review everything in advance so we can begin with context rather than spend the session getting up to speed.
2. Work Through It Together
During a focused 60-minute session, we identify the real problem, explore your options, and make the decisions needed to move forward.
3. Leave With a Clear Plan
After the session, you’ll receive a written recap of the strongest insights, recommendations, priorities, and practical next steps.

FAQs
How much material can I send before my session?
1
Your session includes review of your intake form and up to 45 minutes of advance preparation and material review.
That might include a treatment, pitch deck, your website, reel, selected scenes, notes, or a portion of a cut, or your social channels. Send me an overview of what you have, and I’ll help determine what will be most useful to review.
Projects involving extensive materials or a full-length film are scoped separately.
Can you review my entire rough cut or feature film?
2
Yes. A complete rough-cut or feature review is a separate engagement from the standard Clarity Session. Depending on the project, it may include a full-film review, supporting materials, written or time-coded notes, and a longer strategy session.
I’ll review the project details first and provide a clear scope and fee before we begin.
Can you work with me throughout the filmmaking process?
3
Yes, for selected projects. Some filmmakers need one focused session, while others benefit from ongoing support through development, production, interviews, editing, and completion.
That may involve recurring consulting, milestone reviews, interview preparation, rough-cut feedback, ongoing story support, or a more involved producing relationship. Longer engagements are scoped and priced according to the project.
Will you be credited as a producer on my film?
4
A producer credit is not included with a standard consulting session. If I become meaningfully involved over time—helping shape development, story, interviews, production strategy, the edit, or the path toward completion—we can discuss a defined producer role and appropriate credit.
Do you offer ongoing career coaching?
5
Yes. Many clients begin with a single Clarity Session to identify the central challenge and determine the strongest next steps.
When someone needs deeper support through a career transition, business change, portfolio rebuild, or company-growth period, I also offer multi-session coaching engagements tailored to their goals.
